Experience the way of life in a manor house in the countryside... with all the actual comfort! The main cottage on the first floor has a dining room with living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and an English bath. There it has also 4 bedrooms (two double, a third with a double bed and a single bed, and a fourth with 3 single beds) with a capacity of 10 people. 4 additional people can be accommodated on the ground floor (two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room). There is central heating in the whole house, a beautiful wrought iron stove and free Wi-Fi.

It is a versatile and practical cottage, with a good distribution to be comfortable and to share the best moments of relaxation with a great group of people.

Thanks to its panoramic views, the patio with Mediterranean garden and orchard is perfect to contemplate the sunrise or sunset.

There are benches to sit outside, an outdoor dining table, a barbecue area and a play area with  table tennis, trampoline ... Ah! and pool, of course.

The outdoor terrace is perfect for an intimate garden meal.

Issues to consider:

  1. The minimum stay is 2 nights throughout the year, 3 nights on public holidays and 7 nights during July and August.
  2. The pet supplement is € 15 /stay.
  3. The tourist tax of € 0.50 / night per person over 16 must also be paid, with a maximum of 7 nights.
  4. Customer service: we deliver the keys in hand, show the house, attend queries, give tourist information (excursions, markets, shopping, etc.), luggage storage
  5. Complementary services: management of information and reservations of cultural and leisure activities in the region, laundry service, extra cleaning of the accommodation, transfer by car in case it is not possible to reach the farmhouse (from Cornellà del Terri or Banyoles), management of catering service orders - price to be agreed
  6. As a permanent and continuous care service, during the stay we give you a hand at whatever you need.

    The family living all year upstairs uses a separate entrance to not  disturb the guests, but if you need anything (information about the house, excursions, points of interest, etc.), do not hesitate to tell us and we will be happy to help!
